Shakeology Recipe Overload!

I’ve been getting lots of questions about Shakeology recipes. I thought it would be a great idea to compile all the recipes I’ve come up with. Plus, I’d like to thank Chalene Johnson for tweeting me the idea of adding sugar free pudding mix into the shakes. It makes them SO creamy (even without milk)!

All of these recipes are for the blender. I highly recommend using the Magic Bullet (or a similar personal blender), Shakeology tends to come out creamier in these and they are easier to clean.

Chocolate Shakeology has a very rich chocolate taste, but is SO good for you! It has protein, antioxidants, and probiotics. It’s 100% natural and sweetened with Stevia instead of sugar. They also have a Greenberry flavor, which I is great mixed with fruits and juices (recipes coming soon). Click here for all the nutritional information and benefits.

Here are 3 tips for creamy Shakeology!
1. Use 1 tbsp of sugar free instant pudding mix (my fav is Cheesecake)
