Week 23 – Need More Exercise

From Sunday’s hike in Samuel P. Taylor State Park

Baby O’s Size: Grapefruit – about 11.5”, 1.3 lb

Baby O’s developments: His lungs are developing a lot this week. He can also hear all loud sounds, including Bella barking.

Currently Craving: One night, I had a serious fruit craving which was pretty weird for me. Other than that nothing crazy.

Weight gain this week: 2 lb yikes! (11.4 lb total)

Sleep & Dreams: I have been waking up a few times every night but falling right back to sleep. Dreams are still crazy. Lots of spider dreams, which I hate! One of my dreams I went to Jessica Biel & Just Timberlake’s wedding, good times.

Symptoms: I feel pretty symptom free except the fact I think I’m starting to get more fatigued again.

Emotions: Pretty normal

Movement: I feel a little something every day. On Wednesday, I felt an actual kick! But it hasn’t happened since.

Appointments: My next appointment is on Monday.

Exercise: One day I did Month 4 of the new Tracy Anderson Pregnancy Project. I used 5 lb weights instead of the recommended 3lb. It was definitely harder than I thought. My hamstrings were sore the next 3 days! But it could use some cardio too. She focuses on lots of reps with light weights. On Sunday we did a 5 mile hike. I’ve decided to make a workout calendar to get my but in gear!

Maternity wear: Love my jeans!

Baby related purchases: I bought a Baby K’Tan carrier that was 20% off on Amazon.
