Baby O’s developments: Has fingernails, toenails, and eyebrows!
Currently Craving: I’ve been craving some bad things I rarely eat, like Red Lobster’s cheddar biscuits and Burger King’s double cheeseburger. But I’ve avoided them so far…mostly because there isn’t a Red Lobster where I live, hehe.
Missing anything: My Friday night wine, and real sushi!
Weight gain this week: 0 lb (3.6 lb total)
Sleep: I still wake up constantly, but go right back to sleep. I’ve noticed I’ve been getting uncomfortable if I lay in one position for too long.
Dreams: I’ve had so many dreams, but can’t remember any good ones.
Symptoms: Feeling my heartbeat in my throat a lot, which is weird. I’m guessing that’s due to the extra blood and heart working a little harder. I’m still getting cramps occasionally, but they are very mild.
Emotions: Pretty normal. But I have noticed that I get annoyed when there are plans to do something and they change. Like yesterday, when Jay was going to make Tuna sandwiches (I can eat “light” tuna once a week), then decided he really wanted me to make guacamole. I had tuna on the brain! He said he would still make me the tuna, but I was huffy and made the guacamole, which was delicious with some baked chips and melty cheese. As soon as I started eating I was happy. I blamed it on the hormones
Movement: I don’t think I’ve had any yet? It’s hard to tell!
Appointments: My 16 week appointment is on Thursday.
Exercise: I still get out of breath pretty easily. I also walk Bella on a big hill almost every day to get some extra activity in.
- Tuesday: 25 minute walk on treadmill (3.3 at 6.0 incline) upper and lower body weights
- Wednesday: Prenatal Yoga DVD
- Friday: 20 minutes on treadmill (2 minute run at 5.0, 1 ½ minute walk at 3.5), upper and lower body weights
Maternity wear: Nothing new this week, but still loving the jeans (in the pic above). I’ll be getting more this week hopefully.
