Sharpies are the Best

Hi Everyone! I had a delicious Chocolate Shakeology last night for dinner. It had 1 cup skim milk, 2 tbsp PB2, and some ice. It was actually a great and filling dinner. Plus, I didn’t have chocolate cravings, woohoo! As you can see, I used a Sharpie to mark off the one cup mark. Now I won’t have to measure anymore (unless it rubs off, haha)…I should of thought of that sooner.

This morning I woke up and did ChaLEAN Extreme Burn It Off & Recharge. Burn It Off really kicks your butt! Then I munched on a Clif Oatmeal Raisin bar.

Today wasn’t as hectic at work luckily, so I had time for my morning snack, another Oikos Plain 0% with blueberries. i also added about a tsp of honey for some added sweetness.

I went to the mall during lunch to find a new outfit for my Friday night South Beach dinner, but no luck! How come every time I really want something I can’t find it?! Then I was back in the office for lunch and had an Ezekiel tortilla with chicken tenders and 2% cheddar. I was gonna have carrots, but they froze…aargh. I guess that’s what happens when they’re shoved in the back of the fridge. I had some Rainier cherries instead.

When I got home I found a great treat, a copy of the Women’s Health Perfect Body Diet. It was written by a renowned trainer, Cassandra Forsythe. I got in through Paperback Swap. If you like reading it’s a great site to trade books.

Tonight’s dinner is going to be a side salad and a Chocolate Shakeology concoction. Then I’m gonna watch the last 2 episodes of True Blood. Can’t wait!
