Shakeology Love

I've been getting lots of questions about Shakeology recipes lately. I thought it would be a great idea to compile all the recipes I've come up with. Plus, I'd like to thank Chalene Johnson for tweeting me the idea of adding sugar free pudding mix into the shakes. It makes them SO creamy (even without milk)! All of these recipes are for the blender. I highly recommend using the Magic Bullet, it's a great mini blender that's so easy to use and clean.

Shakeology has a very rich chocolate taste, but is SO good for you! It has protein, antioxidants, and probiotics. It's 100% natural and sweetened with Stevia instead of sugar. They also have a Greenberry flavor, which I hear is great mixed with fruits and juices. For all the nutritional information and benefits, go to www.shakeology.com

how do you get yours so creamy looking? mine look more slushy-like. How much ice do you use? Blender setting?

I have found that Almond Breeze Almond Milk (I usually buy the unsweetened vanilla) makes the creamiest shakes. I also use a Magic Bullet blender and blend for at least 90 seconds to make sure all the ice is broken up. They come out great! Also, pudding mix or a frozen banana can help with creaminess.
