Insert Post Title Here

Too much pressure to come up with a good title...aargh...haha. It's about 9:45, so I'm entering my weekday tired zone. But here is my quick daily post.

This morning I woke up and did ChaLEAN Extreme Push Circuit 1. It feels SO good to get a morning workout in! I made a Chocolate Shakeology for breakfast with almond milk and chocolate PB2 added. It was so good!


My morning snack was my fav Clif Bar, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut.


For lunch I had an Ezekiel Tortilla with a Cluckphrey patty, with a few pieces of low fat cheese and carrots.


Then my afternoon snack was some Oikos Vanilla with a new granola I tried... Pumpkin Flax Plus. It tasted really great, but not pumpkin-y at all.


I started dinner after watching some Michael Jackson memorial clips, watching his daughter speak broke my heart... for dinner I made a spinach salad and a Buffalo chicken salad on an Ezekiel muffin. All it was was some rotisserie chicken, blue cheese, Frank's Red Hot, low fat mayo (less than a tbsp), and a splash of lime juice. I just mixed it up and put it on the toasted muffin. It was so flavorful but healthy!

Buffalo chicken salad on an Ezekiel muffin? WOWEE! Looks awesome! Such a creative way to eat a healthy buffalo chicken!

lots of yummy eats going on - that salad looks so good, and i do agree - that pumpkin granola is NOT pumpkineee enough.
