Hey everyone! How was everyone’s Fourth of July? I had a really good long weekend, so it was kind of a bummer to be back to the grind. But I got a great start to the day with my Chocolate Shakeology. For once I didn’t add anything extra…just vanilla almond milk & ice. I forgot how good it was plain!
I did my weekly Publix run during lunch and got all the goodies I need for work for the week. Of course I had to eat my obsession for lunch, the Chicken Tabbouleh Wrap! I switched it up with a spinach wrap though. Does that even count? haha
The wrap filled me up for a while, then it was time for a snack. I had a Banana Nut Clif Bar. I love these things.
After work I made a run to Whole Foods after work to pick up a couple things…I was actually surprised I got a decent amount of food for $35. I picked out these gluten free chicken patties in the meat section to try. When I got home, I cooked one up and plated it on top of a salad with baby greens, blue cheese and craisins. I love the combo of blue cheese and craisins! I’m gonna be eating this salad alot more often. I made my own dressing with EVOO, dijon, and red wine vinegar. It was the best salad I’ve made in a while.
