After not eating since the yummy Sunday brunch yesterday, it was time to start off with some Shakeology. Today I mixed it with Almond Milk, 4 ice cubes, and 1 tbsp instant coffee. I missed it! I didn’t drink it on Saturday or Sunday and really found myself craving it.
My morning snack was the white chocolate macadamia Clif Bar. It tasted even better than usual today. It seemed like there were more chunks of the title ingredients. It was delicious.
I went to Publix Greenwise for lunch to buy some stuff for the week. I also got my favorite wrap…Chicken Tabbouleh. I could eat this every single day! It filled me up all the way until dinner.
I came home and did Burn Circuit 1. I love getting in a good workout…you feel so good when it’s done! Then I worked on some dinner. I decided to have a spinach salad. I added some yellow peppers and roasted tomatoes. I roasted the tomatoes in the oven for 12 minutes on 400. Before I put them in the oven, I added some salt, pepper and Parmesan. They came out well…simple and tasty. I used a new dressing, Marie’s Feta Cheese Yogurt Dressing. It was tasty, I could definitely taste the Feta.
The other part of dinner was a Whole Foods Yellowfin tuna burger I got in the frozen seafood section. I put it on a whole wheat bun and added some roasted red peppers and hummus. At least the hummus was good! Haha….I would not buy these tuna burgers again. WAY too fishy for me. I’m probably gonna toss the rest of them.
To clear out the fish taste…I decided to have a little ice cream. I had about half a serving of Blue Bell Banana Pudding. It hit the spot! Love the banana flavor and the wafers. Now finishing up with the Bachelorette! I wonder who Jillian is gonna get rid of?

that burger looks great!
yogurt dressing sounds SO good! I love feta and yogurt! I don’t like dressings on salads usually, but that would be so good into pasta or something!
and man, i can def see why you love that wrap! I can eat that everyday, too! lovely!
Oh goodness, I love chicken and I love tabbouleh. I bet that wrap is kickass!!
Also, banana pudding ice cream sounds so marvelous. I’ve been having ice cream for dessert lately, and I must say I don’t miss fruit/yogurt desserts quite yet.
That dressing sounds so good. I love feta and love how it's such a strong flavor that you don't need much of it!
