I Wish it was Sunday
Man...it was hard to get out of bed today to go to work! I did my usual Monday thing...which is sleep in to 7:30 am then do my workout in the afternoon. I'm a little sad to say that I missed 2 ChaLEAN workouts in the past few days so I have to push back my schedule a little bit. But my goal is to do all the assigned workouts so I'll have my 30 day check in on Thursday. The shake today was 1 scoop Shakeology, 1/4 packet sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, and some water and ice. I like using almond milk much better, but I ran out. The consistency wasn't as creamy, but it still had great flavor.
I went to Publix today for lunch and had an Ultimate sub (roast beef, ham, and turkey). It hit the spot! I saw they had fresh spinach on the topping line-up, so I opted for that instead of lettuce. It tasted so much better! I hope they have that on there all the time.
At 3:00 my tummy was rumbling again...I had a few banana chips. They did a good job of tiding me over until dinner time.
For dinner I mixed up some rotisserie chicken with feta dressing and Frank's Red Hot. I had it with some peppers and a slice of Ezekiel. It was just what I needed and I was surprised that I didn't even crave dessert.
Ohh..and last night I finished The Glass Castle. It was such a good book!! I heard they are making it into a movie. Today I'm starting The Hour I First Believed by Wally Lamb. It's a big book, but I'm sure it will be as good as his other novels.

LOL, oh my gosh. That exact thought ran through my brain today. "I wish it were Sunday again." Ahaha.
Chicken with Red Hot sauce sounds sooo good. But I'm trying not to spend money so no rotisserie chicken and no Frank's for me. :(
I think I prefer spinach to lettuce these days, be it in salads, subs or wraps!!
